At The Planned Affair we understand how to create a beautiful wedding while respecting your time
and budget. Because we charge a flat rate, instead of a percentage of wedding cost, we can focus
on giving you the wedding you want while staying within budget. We offer creative ideas to save
you money and work with your vendors to find the lowest cost options and negotiate discounts.

Unlike some wedding planners, we don’t limit the
amount of time we spend with you. Our full planning
and day-of coordination packages both include
unlimited consultations. This means never having to
worry about being out of time, or getting stuck paying
high hourly charges. We also welcome the
opportunity to serve our clients regardless of the time
of day or day of the week. We strive to be available on
your schedule, not on ours, and we would never ask a
client to restrict meetings or phone calls to “normal”
business hours. All meetings and consultations will
be conducted at a location that is best for you. We will
schedule meetings at your home, office, even on your
lunch break. Less stress, less time, and getting the
full value of your money is our ultimate promise.

exhibitor at Wedding Festivals shows, and has been recognized in two editions of the Wedding
